Overview RN MS/TELE Trauma 7S — Talented Medical Solutions — Contract — In-Office | Tuscaloosa, AL, United States Travel: RN MS/Tele Trauma 7S — Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. Holidays as required. Every other weekend. Responsibilities Provide care on a Trauma Surgical Unit with an emphasis on trauma, orthopedics, and urology patients. Collaborate with family practice physicians, hospitalists, and surgical specialists to deliver individualized patient care. Maintain a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio on the unit. float to other units and hospitals as needed; participate in interdisciplinary team approaches to patient needs. Qualifications Education — Required: Associated degree in nursing. Certifications — Required: AHA BLS; OR Red Cross. Licenses — Required: Registered Nurse license in the State of Alabama or a Compact license (No temp licenses accepted); NURSYS. Experience — Required: 2 years experience; however, 18 months may be considered if at the highest level of professional license, with 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
