The role focuses on retaining clients, overseeing strategy, financial analysis, benefit design, renewals and service delivery. Responsibilities include designing renewal strategies, pre-renewal planning, RFPs, post-renewal analysis, onboarding new clients, and maintaining strong client and carrier relationships.
