Seasonal Sales Associate This seasonal part‑time position involves working a maximum of 12 hours per week. Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods is required. Responsibilities Customer Centric Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience. Focus on full‑price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to "solve for yes" and partnering with leadership on escalated issues. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company. Support high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting a safe working and shopping environment. Uphold and comply with all company policies. Communicate violations to leadership or via the Silent Witness Hotline. Share customer feedback with leadership to improve the overall experience. Result Driven Participate in company and store contests and events. Stay current on all financial goals and priorities. Support the leadership team in achieving all sales and operational goals. Execute all digital sales strategies, including ship‑from‑store and BOPIS. Authenticity Reflect the PacSun brand by demonstrating passion and affinity for product, brands, fashion, and trends. Contribute to a positive working environment by consistently exhibiting core value behaviors. Maintain and drive the company's fashion image by adhering to Employee Appearance Guidelines. Qualifications Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends. Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Physical Requirements Associated duties include lifting up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally; sitting, standing, walking, and using hands for long periods; climbing ladders as needed; and maintaining vision requirements.
