As one of three Operations Supervisors , you’ll play a critical role in overseeing daily production activities across transportation, ramp, sanitation, and assembly departments (approx. 80 team members) . We need someone with strong communication skills who can lead and engage production teams to achieve operational goals. Job Details Schedule: flexibility is a must! This role follows a rotating shift schedule with 2–3 other supervisors covering day, swing, and night shifts. Weekend work is required; the schedule will include two consecutive days off during the week. Main Accountabilities Supervisor Responsibility Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely. Conduct daily work group meetings. Schedule and control staff to meet labor productivity and overtime targets. Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards (example: FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP, etc.). Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements. Ensure on‑time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights. Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Other duties as deemed necessary. Leadership Guide, motivate and develop staff within the Human Resources policies. Make the company's values and management principles live in the department(s). Manage productivity hours and costs in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations. Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety and Production systems. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge required. 2+ years experience in operations or production within a fast paced environment required. 1+ years working within a food production or airline environment highly preferred. Problem solving and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop and lead others to obtain desired results & achieve productivity goals. Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA and EPA regulations. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required along with the ability to multi‑task. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows‑based computer applications.
