Founded in the 1970's, we are a full service law firm with 110 Attorneys across 6 states. We are a client-focused law firm that meets the diverse needs of the insurance defense industry.

Job duties:
Work remot
We have offices in Woodbridge, Hackensack, Manhattan, and Nassau County.
This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.
- Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
- Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. xhyhwjd
Required:
· NJ and/or NY bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General Liability
· Construction Litigation, NY Labor Law
· Premises Liability
· Trucking & transportation, MVA
· Products Liability, Toxic Torts
· Medical Malpractice
· Insurance Coverage
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
