Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to support client healing.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish therapeutic needs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans, ensuring consistent care and positive patient outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, including crisis intervention and resource referral as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse and mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
