Source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms. Manage caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments. Build and maintain relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources. Cultivate industry connections for referrals and business development opportunities. Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) – preferred. Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration). Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach. High level of professionalism and urgency. This is an office‑based position.
