ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Employee Type FT Exempt Radiology Imaging Associates is in search of an experience Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare. As the Accounting Manager you will work closely with the Controller and CFO to lead and supervise a team of five, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Additionally, as the Accounting Manager , you will be responsible for: Responsibilities Coordination of monthly and annual closings Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and related reports, including variance analysis Supervision of reconciliations and record keeping Assistance with cash flow management Oversight of the annual audit and budget processes Benefits Salary $75,000 - $85,000 Affordable Medical, Dental and Vision plans Paid Life and AD&D Insurance 401K Program with generous Company contributions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related Strong understanding of GAAP Financial reporting and analysis experience required Experience in inter-company reporting Sage Intacct experience preferred Supervisory experience of at least 3 years Experience with multiple entities/ intercompany preferred Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
