Job Description

Auto Body Service Writer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Auto Body Service Writer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess vehicle repair needs
Prepare accurate repair estimates
Communicate with insurance companies and customers throughout the repair process
Schedule repairs and coordinate workflow with technicians
Maintain detailed repair documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish

Qualifications:

Previous experience in collision repair estimating or service writing preferred
Knowledge of insurance claims and repair procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with estimating software is a plus
