We have an immediate need for an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our rapidly expanding team. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging with the community and our clients' consumer base. Your primary objectives will be to increase brand recognition, educate the public, and assist our clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with the Marketing Coordinator to align public relations and consumer marketing activities.
Stay updated on industry and competitive trends to inform strategies.
Assist the marketing team in fulfilling internal marketing requirements.
Establish and maintain community partnerships to bolster outreach efforts.
Contribute actively to the daily growth and development of our firm.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with intense attention to detail and consistency.
Capacity to cultivate effective relationships across diverse groups.
Proficiency in delivering strong presentations.
