The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of our senior living community, providing exceptional service to residents, families, and visitors while fostering a warm, professional, and supportive environment. In this role, you will manage the front desk, greet guests, answer and direct calls, and respond to a wide range of inquiries with efficiency and care. You will coordinate resident services such as transportation, dining reservations, maintenance requests, and community activities, while also assisting with event sign-ups and reminders. Responsibilities include handling mail and package distribution, maintaining visitor logs and security procedures, monitoring lobby activity, and ensuring the front desk and common areas remain clean, organized, and inviting.

In addition, you will support day-to-day operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, updating resident information, and preparing reports or correspondence as needed. The Concierge plays a key role in communication across departments, relaying resident requests or concerns to the appropriate teams and following up to ensure timely resolution. You may also assist with coordinating vendor visits, supporting move-ins and move-outs, making wake-up or wellness check calls, and providing general technology assistance to residents when needed.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in customer service or hospitality, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A calm, approachable demeanor and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential. Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred, along with basic computer proficiency. Most importantly, this role requires a compassionate, service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

This position is based at the front desk and may require standing or sitting for extended periods, as well as occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
