Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (Indianapolis, 86th Street)

Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work retail operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly. Strong communication and customer‑focused skills. Ability to explain technical products clearly.
