Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated production workers to join our team across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members in a physical role that involves standing, lifting, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift.

• Assist operators in checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring that key performance indicators are met.

• Follow a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions to work on foam products.

• Use a computer to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes as needed.

• Lay out the final product, perform final assembly, and conduct product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Utilize hand tools and blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety regulations.

• Meet daily production goals and complete expected workloads.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure and experience with tools and mechanical aptitude.

• Comfortable using a computer for adjustments in manufacturing processes.

• One year of machine operating experience.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Trade school education is a plus.

• Automotive experience is advantageous.

• Experience in assembly and blueprint reading is beneficial.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
