Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate based upon insurance licenses held
• Commission
• Office and individual bonuses

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

• Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5pm and the 1st and 2nd Saturday 9am to 1pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a proud graduate of Penn State University.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 49 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
