Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join this newly established outpatient only practice.

New facility with large service area

Two clinic located in Minot

Lab and radiology on site

Office hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Visiting specialties include Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry and more

Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
