Job Details Envision Healthcare is seeking qualified CRNAs for full‑time or part‑time opportunities in our Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. This is a 100% outpatient position covering various ASCs with a Care Team Model of 4 or 5 days a week. The schedule includes no call, nights, or weekends. A typical day is 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. (occasionally extending to 5 p.m.). The care team consists of 15 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for a variety of case mixes, including orthopedics, gastrointestinal, gynecology, spine, and ophthalmology procedures. Move outpatient cases and work adaptively across multiple locations. Collaborate with the care team to provide patient‑centered care. Qualifications Board‑certified CRNA with experience in outpatient anesthesia. Demonstrated ability to adapt to moving cases and operating in multiple sites. Team player who is dedicated and flexible. Benefits Up to $217,000 in base compensation with incentive opportunities. Up to $45,000 start‑date bonus. $150 per hour per diem rate. Excellent paid time off.
