Physical Therapist Riverview Nursing & Rehabilitation Job Summary Riverview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate residents and families on therapy goals, exercises, and safety practices Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional standards Qualifications Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team Benefits (if applicable) Competitive compensation Supportive clinical team environment Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Riverview Nursing & Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
