Front Desk Receptionist – Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Office
Busy, well-established two-surgeon OMS practice on Long Island is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist . Dental office experience required.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule/confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and collect patient info
- Coordinate with referring dental offices
- Maintain patient records
Requirements
- Prior dental office experience required
- Strong communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Dental scheduling software experience a plus
