Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Holland, MI Compensation: $18–23/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fully Onsite) About the Company Our client is a manufacturing company who partners with leading automotive, industrial, and consumer product companies. Responsibilities Audit and route electronic invoices Manage invoice workflow by sending invoices to the appropriate approvers and troubleshooting processing issues Perform final quality checks before escalating exceptions Process approximately 250–400 invoices per week Handle both PO and non-PO invoices, including three-way matching and manual invoice processing Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy Assist with additional accounts payable and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new software and technology Basic computer proficiency required Accounts payable experience is a plus Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
