Description – What You'll Do

• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for accurate testing as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor new team members or students, and actively contribute to lab quality assurance.
• Uphold a safe, clean work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining the team.
• Ensure continuous certification throughout employment.
