IT Support Specialist

Description

o Minimum 5 years experience in IT Support role in a complex environment. Preferably within a manufacturing environment with more than 250 users and multiple systems and processes.

o Proven education in IT, min. associate or Bachelor with some IT certifications

o Critical: self-started, self-motivated troubleshooter, person who want to learn and grow. Great people / user support skills.

Manufacturing site is also having workload and capacity issues related to ticket count and they need Support Technician to assist. They will work with a small team of 2 people supporting around 500 users and 200 devices. Need Sr. level Tech with strong HW and SW troubleshooting skills and will be responsible for closing tickets and handling End User Support tasks. Technical knowledge with W10, W11, setting up printers, troubleshooting devices, MS office and Teams is helpful.

This is a Contract position based out of Clinton, IN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Clinton,IN.
