Loan Servicing Representative 2 (Data Entry Specialist)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6 AM - 2:30 PM / 7 AM - 3:30 PM Central Time)
Interview Process: In-Person/MS Teams Interview - 30 minutes
Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour

Job Duties
- Support increasing operational volume and ensure timely, accurate processing of critical financial transactions within the lending and servicing workflow.
- Ensure the accurate and compliant handling of shipping, settlement reviews, and mailbox processing while supporting overall operational efficiency and service delivery goals.
- Process shipping tasks, settlement statement reviews, and mailbox items with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure all work meets company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and service-level expectations.
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and documentation of operational activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.
Required
- Clear and professional communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and systems.
- Prior experience in lending, banking, or financial operations is nice to have.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in finance, business, or a related field is nice to have.
