Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour

Job Duties

• Support increasing operational volume and ensure timely, accurate processing of critical financial transactions within the lending and servicing workflow.
• Ensure the accurate and compliant handling of shipping, settlement reviews, and mailbox processing while supporting overall operational efficiency and service delivery goals.
• Process shipping tasks, settlement statement reviews, and mailbox items with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure all work meets company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and documentation of operational activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.

Required

• Clear and professional communication.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and systems.
• Prior experience in lending, banking, or financial operations is nice to have.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in finance, business, or a related field is nice to have.
