Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an integral resource to students from PreK through 12th grade, you’ll work alongside other professionals and contribute to a nurturing educational setting that values collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for a diverse caseload.
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy in a school-based environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support holistic student development.
• Participate actively in IEP and other support meetings.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in alignment with regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Virginia SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting students in their academic and social communication growth.
