Production Associate: Juda, Wisconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Associates to work fulltime on 2nd shift. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for supporting cheese production operations by packaging products, monitoring equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Perform production and packaging tasks for cheese products.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent output.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic equipment concerns.
• Record production data as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all safety and food manufacturing procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a cold, damp, and fastpaced environment.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Pay for Production Associate: $21.25/hour.
