The Role: As a Manager in Training, you’ll be preparing to take on a leadership role within one of our stores. You’ll learn how to manage operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be supported to develop the skills needed to run a store confidently and effectively. You’ll be expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure high standards are consistently met. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk‑in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
