The Opportunity

A well-established, fast-growing fire protection contractor is looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven sales professional to take over an established book of business in the Denver market. • Identify and qualify target projects, then build the customer relationships that turn into sales
  • Represent the company in industry associations and the local construction community

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, contract turnover, and billing handoff
  • Take on project management for the work you sell, including some large, high-profile commercial projects
  • Estimate related service work and smaller projects, including day-work
  • Guide operations team members (design, field superintendents) during project execution
