⭐ Position Overview

As a CDL or Non-CDL Chauffeur, you will safely transport clients while providing a polished, welcoming, and professional experience from pickup to drop-off.

Depending on your license type, you may operate:

• Executive SUVs
• Luxury Sedans
• Executive Shuttles
• Executive Minibuses
• Party Buses
• Stretch Limousines

✅ Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and accommodations when needed.
• Maintain punctual pickups and drop-offs.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, traffic, and trip updates.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle environment.
• Ensure passenger safety while remaining calm, courteous, and professional in all situations.
• Represent Paradise Transit with professionalism and integrity at every stop.

✔ Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required for larger vehicles.
• Non-CDL chauffeurs welcome for sedans, SUVs, and select shuttle vehicles.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from our West Chester location.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Experience Preferred (But Not Required!)

We'll happily train the right candidate!

Previous experience as a chauffeur, shuttle driver, limousine driver, bus driver, or transportation professional is a plus but not required. Knowledge of Chester County, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas is also beneficial but not necessary.
