Basically anyone who knows someone who knows someone who might be moving.Sales PresentationsGive in‑home or virtual walkthroughs where you charmingly explain: "Here's why moving with us won't make you want to scream into a pillow."Customer Woo-ingYou'll get to know people. Real people. People who are overwhelmed by boxes, timelines, and whether they should keep the ceramic cat statue. You'll help guide them-and they'll love you for it.Closing, Negotiating, WinningYou're the hero with the contract.
