If you're ready for a new and exciting career, take the first step and reach out to us today!RequirementsWhat you'll do as the Service Advisor:Proactively greet all customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitudeEstablish and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral businessDocument and deliver fair, competitive, and transparent price quotes with the customer and dealership's best interests in mindListen to customers to determine their primary concern and review additional maintenance needsProvide all customers a full explanation of the action plan with a market price analysis of area competition to justify Performance priceWhat you'll need to be our Service Advisor:Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informalityPersuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for resultsFriendly, understanding, willing and patient team playerPrior experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales requiredPrevious automotive service department or dealership experience highly preferredStrong listening and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license without restrictions
