Become an expert in Fresh Baguette’s menu offerings and provide recommendations to customers. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods with care and attention to detail. Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistent product quality. Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Address customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner. Maintain store safety, sanitation, and proper food storage in compliance with health and safety policies. Display products attractively throughout the day and ensure store cleanliness. Assist in store closing duties, including cleaning and prepping the store for the next day and closing the register. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced coffee or food service environment.
