What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
- Identify potential storm and roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners about roofing and restoration solutions
- Assist homeowners with understanding the insurance claims process
- Schedule appointments and help close sales opportunities
- Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, canvassing, customer service, hospitality, bartending, serving, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Ability to climb a ladder for roof inspections
- Reliable transportation
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
