Triage health emergencies, provide stable first aid, and coordinate with the school nurse as needed. Support students with chronic conditions through adherence to individual health plans and health policy compliance. Maintain confidentiality and comply with state and district health regulations. Requirements Active LPN license in Vermont or eligibility to practice in Vermont at start of assignment. Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program. Ability to work evening and night shifts and adapt to a school health schedule. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff. Willingness to travel for temporary assignment and comply with school health policies. Prior experience in pediatric care or school health settings is preferred but not required.
