Flexible Telehealth Health Coach - Impact at Scale

Hinge Health is seeking an Associate Health Coach (Flex) to join our telehealth-enabled care team. You will deliver time-bound coaching via video visits and in-app messaging, guided by behavior change science and a Biopsychosocial approach, to help members achieve their health goals. As a flexible, non-exempt teammate, you will work 25–40 hours weekly, with schedules set by business needs and advance notice.
