Details Work in the ED PCS Boarder Program caring for patients in hallways and bays in addition to standard ED areas Fast-paced environment with high activity and quicker patient turnover than a traditional inpatient unit Required to travel to multiple care areas to obtain patients, medications, and supplies 13-week assignment with night shifts from 19:00-07:00 36 hours per week with every other weekend and every other holiday required Uses Epic for charting Requirements Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted Current BLS certification (AHA preferred; Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted depending on facility) Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required Primary source verification of license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license Additional Information Care for boarded ED patients across hallways, bays, and various care areas Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is within 60 miles of the facility, at a reduced rate RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration Parking is not validated at Boston locations; public transportation or paid public parking required American Traveler Job ID P-766241.
