About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cardiac/Tele nursing License: Valid RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 2 years of Cardiac/Tele experience - Experience with Epic charting system - Availability to work every other weekend and as needed for holidays Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Telemetry. The nurse will care for adult patients with a variety of cardiac diagnoses. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals and managing IV pumps. The nurse will work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The unit has a patient ratio of 4:1. Special procedures include pre/post CABG, TAVR, and cardiac cath/PCI. No call shifts are required in this position.
