Correctional Case Manager: Counseling & Reentry
Adult Correction
NC Department of Adult Correction seeks a Correctional Case Manager (S) at Raleigh to conduct case management assessments, provide counseling to inmates, and update plans for each caseload bi-monthly while documenting progress in the system. You will report to the Program Supervisor or Program Director, coordinate with custody and program staff, and ensure all aspects of the case management process meet policy, safety, and legal requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adult Correction
