Our team members are owners, building their future while helping our customers succeed. _*Modern Group is offering a $3,000 signing bonus for all qualified technicians!*_ *Essential Duties* * Travel to customer sites in a company service vehicle to diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment. * Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, diesel, LP, and IC systems. * Complete preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and reliably. * Document work performed and communicate effectively with customers and the service team. *Requirements* * 3+ years of experience in forklift repair. * Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to complete work orders, understand safety procedures, and interact with customers and team members. * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean record. * Able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical certification (requires passing a drug screen). _*Modern offers an excellent Work Environment, compensation and benefits plan, Including*_: * Work for a 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) * Industry leader in technology * Company issued laptop, smart phone and service vehicle * HSA Card * 401k Savings Plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan * Company paid Life, Short & Long-Term Disability insurance * Paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Modern Group, Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.
