Most techs take home minimum $50,000+ a year, depending on hustle and skill. What You’ll Be Working On Routine maintenance and inspections on cars, trucks, and equipment Diagnosing problems—mechanical, electrical, whatever comes through the door Fixing and replacing parts: engines, brakes, transmissions, steering, etc. Using diagnostic tools to track down tough issues Keeping up with repair orders and documenting what you did Working with the rest of the crew to keep the shop workflow moving Staying safe, following shop rules, and keeping things clean Talking with customers when needed and explaining things in plain English What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar hands‑on role Strong troubleshooting skills—electrical and mechanical Able to read manuals, diagrams, and schematics Good communicator and team player Detail-oriented and able to solve problems on the fly Physically able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the day Valid driver’s license and clean driving record State inspection certification is a plus (not required) What You Get Commission pay with real earning potential A steady flow of work Opportunities to grow your skills and advance A team that actually appreciates good techs Ready to Work with a Shop That Has Your Back?
