Project Manager

What You’ll Do Lead cross-functional projects spanning operations, clinical services, finance, revenue cycle, data, and business systems. Drive operational process improvements, workflow standardization, and enterprise initiatives from planning through implementation. Manage integration projects related to acquisitions, new market launches, and organizational growth. Coordinate system implementations, vendor relationships, testing, and user acceptance activities. Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps and implement measurable operational improvements. Translate business requirements into actionable project plans while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with data teams to support dashboards, reporting initiatives, data validation, and system integrations. Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 3–5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional operational or enterprise initiatives. Experience managing projects within healthcare, healthcare technology, or other complex multi-stakeholder environments. Strong background in process improvement, workflow optimization, or systems implementation. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to deliver successful project outcomes. Preferred Experience Healthcare operations, EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM, or workflow platform experience. M&A integration or enterprise transformation projects. Experience with data mapping, reporting, dashboards, or SQL. PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certification. Experience using Monday.com, MS Project, or comparable project management tools.
