Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for expanding and maintaining Four Seasons Disposal’s customer base. This position involves daily prospecting, responding to inquiries, conducting virtual sales presentations, and preparing quotes for waste hauling and disposal services. The Sales Specialist will follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure service offerings meet customer needs. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing ongoing support to existing accounts, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospective and existing customers.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to build pipelines, close deals, and manage account growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers and team members on service offerings and best practices.
• Experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in waste management, logistics, or related industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or related field is a plus.
