In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise through cross‑training in multiple specialty areas, including: Labor & Delivery High‑Risk Obstetrics (OB) OB Peri‑Operative Services Antenatal Care After establishing yourself within Labor & Delivery, you may also have the opportunity to further develop your skills in our OBGYN Emergency. Education and Experience Requirements: BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire Two years of Acute Care RN experience required Experience as a RN in inpatient Women's & Children's, PACU, or Emergency Dept areas strongly preferred Delaware RN licensure or multistate RN licensure that is eligible in the state of Delaware required. BLS certification required. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
