I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of three. Over the years, Ive built an agency focused on consistency, strong relationships, and serving our community at a high level. Im a graduate of Ball State University, where I earned my B.S. in Business Management and competed as a Division I athlete for four years. Im married with four children and one grandchild, and family plays a big role in everything I do. I stay very active in the community by coaching youth basketball, football, soccer, and baseball, as well as mentoring local youth. Im also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Giving back and helping others grow is something Im deeply passionate about. Our agency offers flexibility, free snacks and coffee, professional and personal development, a strong focus on health and wellness, and regular team-building events. We believe in creating an environment where people feel supported and set up for success. Our culture is team-oriented, knowledgeable, and accessible. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Nichols - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
