Bartender-Special Event A country club in Cincinnati, OH is looking for Bartenders for an upcoming special event. Must have prior experience and be available for evenings and weekends. Pay $17-$19, Based on experience. Must be available to work between Thursday May 14th-Sunday May 17th and attend an orientation on Friday May 8th. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling transactions efficiently using POS systems. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting responsible drinking and compliance with alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams during catering or banquet events to deliver exceptional service in diverse settings. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or banquet environments is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
