Maintenance Technician II

SUMMARY

CNC machine maintenance for vertical, horizontal, lathe and other complex equipment. Technician works at a high expected level of performance and readiness for production equipment, balancing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and the installation of new equipment. This position includes facility support for equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs preventative and predictive maintenance Calibrates and adjusts pallet changers, linear and rotary axes Checks for flatness, alignment, and offset of table, machine, and tooling Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems down to component level Balance and prioritize workload while staging necessary tools and equipment Research parts down to appropriate vendor Maintain accurate on time records for CMMS Follow company safety standards Work in team focused environment assisting others in completion of tasks Safety and OSHA compliance Must be a team player as measured by his/her peers Performs other related duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED

High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years’ maintenance experience with CNC equipment or complex equipment Experience using hand tools and test equipment Takes ownership of production equipment Ability to read and understand schematics, P&ID, technical diagrams/documentation Able to operate forklift, scissor lift, hoist or other support equipment as needed Customer service orientated
