Immediate opening for a Collision Refinish Technician to prepare, paint, and refinish vehicles after collision repairs. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors.
• Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat.
• Buff and polish finished vehicles.
• Inspect work to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Work with the team to complete repairs on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive collision refinishing required.
• Knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required.
