Every day you willleverage advanced surgical technologies, includingdaVinci Xi and X Surgical Systems, within award-winning affiliate hospitals. You'll dedicate your expertise to a diverse range ofcolorectal surgical services, supported by all-digital diagnostic imaging and ample block time in both hospital and outpatient settings. This role involves shared clinic and ER call, fostering a strong culture of positive patient experiences and outcomes, while providing the flexibility to develop entrepreneurial initiatives within your practice. Job Requirements Required: Completion of an ACGME accredited training program Board certified or board eligible in Colorectal Surgery Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a strong understanding of colorectal conditions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Preferred: 2+ years post training colorectal surgery experience MIS/Robotic training and/or experience Where You'll Work Community Description: The Sacramento region offers a thriving and diverse community with nationally recognized top-rated schools, a strong sense of community , and a vibrant job market.
