The position requires collaboration with the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: The position is based at the organizations healthcare facility.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 0.0 years of experience required; valid nursing license required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care in the operating room setting.
• Supervises staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and adherence to safety standards.
• Supports the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe nursing care, clinical staff competency, and resource management.
• Scrub color: Dark Blue or Blue.
• Parking instructions for day shift staff include parking in the Employee Parking Garage located on the northwest side of the hospital, opposite the intracoastal, with security access via radio. Night shift staff may park in the Victor Farris Parking Garage.
• Onboarding details include specific responsibilities for maintaining clinical standards and supporting staff competency testing.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must be qualified to assume the responsibilities outlined for the operating room setting.
