Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Licensed Psychotherapist (Associate or Fully Licensed) Black & Queer Centered Practice Position Type: Part-time (minimum 10 hrs/week), 1099, with the ability to scale toward full-time Compensation: Competitive split/rate based on experience and licensure level Location: Cypress, TX (in-person, plus occasional community outreach events in the greater Cypress/Houston area) About the Role We're hiring an associate-licensed or fully licensed psychotherapist to provide individual, couples/relationship, and/or group therapy within our Black- and queer-centered practice. What We're Looking For Lived and/or clinical experience that informs deep, authentic understanding of Black and LGBTQIA+ communities, and the ability to provide culturally responsive, affirming care Active associate or full clinical license in Texas — we welcome LMFT-Associate, LPC-Associate, LMSW (working toward LCSW), or fully licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist Reliable transportation to commute to our Cypress, TX office and occasional outreach events Strong grounding in intersectional identities, systemic trauma, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and Black communities Commitment to anti-racist, trans-affirming, sex-positive, and disability justice frameworks Excellent clinical borders, communication skills, and self-reflective practice We especially encourage Black, queer, and trans therapists — including those who are male-presenting, butch, masc, or gender-expansive — to apply.
