Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in geriatric care to join our team for an 8-hour night shift. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents and assisting with daily living activities.

Shift Details

Shift: 8-hour nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
Start Date: October 3, 2026
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend required
Holiday Requirements: As needed

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and support for geriatric patients.
Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and document patient care.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, active North Carolina LPN license.
Minimum of 12 months of recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Orientation

Orientation will involve the first couple of hours of the first shift.
