Right at Home Norman is seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Lexington, OK. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one care in the comfort of clients’ homes, building meaningful connections while delivering the kind of care that truly matters.

Shift Available: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM & 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

  • Helping with mobility and ambulation

  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

  • Providing companionship and social interaction

• Perform various caregiving tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Taking vital signs

  • Administering medications as directed

  • Assisting with wound care and other medical treatments

  • Providing support with household chores and laundry

• Document client care and activities in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

• Work in collaboration with other caregivers, nurses, and family members to ensure exceptional client care

Must Haves:

• High school degree and/or G.E.D. certificate

• Six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) course

• Current CPR Certificate is recommended

• Meet the requirements for employees providing direct patient care

• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job

• Have a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
